The refund covers my one-time setup fee, not the few dollars of software you pay the vendor directly. It applies to the scope we agree in writing before I start, not a change of mind after weeks of use. You give me the access and answers I need to build it and to fix it. If I refund, I switch off and remove the workflows I built, so the guarantee is your safety net, not a free build. One claim per client, requested within 30 days of handover.

What does it cost to run after you leave?

You pay the software directly — usually a few dollars to low tens a month for Claude or Make. I don’t resell it or mark it up. You hold the account.

What if I am not technical?

That’s the normal case. You don’t touch code. I set it up, train you and your staff in plain language, and leave a one-page guide.
