5. Carrier registration status
Our SMS sender registration with United States carriers is currently in progress and is not yet complete. We comply with applicable TCPA, CTIA, and carrier requirements, we keep records of every opt-in, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. Until registration completes, any text you receive from us is sent by a person, not by an automated system.
6. Data retention
We retain the contact information you give us for as long as necessary to provide services and as required by law. Leads captured through this website are stored for 30 days unless you become a client. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to [email protected].
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Third-party services
We use Cloudflare for website hosting and data storage, Brevo for transactional email, and Twilio for SMS delivery. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with them beyond what is required to deliver our services.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
